:) Hello, I'm new to this forum and hope someone will be able to help me on my query. I have a Fuji 2800 Finepix digital camera, which I basically use for everyday photos. Basically, my query is that when I use an application to modify my photos, like Photo Express or Microsoft Photo Draw, I am fairly familiar with the use of these applications but would like to know if someone can give me some tips or advice on how to work out the size of the photo, eg width 100 pixels by height 100 pixels, and say file size 9KB. I keep reducing the figures in the user defined panel, and can see the KB's reducing, but I am purely just guessing, then the photo becomes blurred/not clear, so I bring it back to its normal size and try and start again. This is usuall in "inches", I've tried reducing the percentage, then get totally confused! I am not familiar with pixels, resolution etc, and would really like to learn more about it. When I think that the photo is smaller enough, say 105KB, I save it to file, then when I place the cursor over the file it says 7.79KB. Please can someone help as this is driving me nuts. Many thanks in advance, and I hope this wasn't too long winded. ;)
