Damage to CCD

Can anyone tell me if Airport X ray machines can damage the sensitivity of the CCD on my 10d. I am off to France tomorrow and it has only just crossed my mind.

By the lack of response I guess no one was sure. :confused:
Did the camera survive the trip?
I do know other people who have taken cameras through airport security without and problems to the CCD.

I've taken my digital camera (Nikon D100) through airport scanners lots of times and I've never had any damage. This also applies to my digital camcorder. The last time I went abroad I took a Nikon and Canon, both digital still cameras, and I am not aware of any damage to the ccd or any other electronic part of my equipment.

Hope this helps? But why not give the airport you are travelling from a ring and ask them? It may help to reassure you.
